Basic Anomaly Siphon

The first answer to anomaly, and the first source of Anomaly Fragmentss. It holds anomaly in every chunk of the 3×3 round it at the top of Low (80), pulling anomaly and only anomaly, so the flux you made stays. It's the early, fixed form of the Anomaly Siphon: no setting to change, a twelfth of a Siphon's pull and a quarter of its power.

• tested It holds a small workshop, about 1,000 to 5,000 FE/t of work, at the top of Low. Much more and it's overwhelmed: a 10,000 FE/t workshop takes anomaly past it into Medium. That's the point to build a Siphon or, later, a hall.
• What it pulls becomes Anomaly Fragments, one per 24,000, in a slot pipes and hoppers can take from.
• It draws up to 40 FE/t, in proportion to what it takes; with nothing to take, it draws nothing.
• Its pull lands in the field's own once-a-second step, so it holds its mark steadily.
