A shard of Anomalite set in a mount: the light of a Decoherence Lance, built into it for good. Crafted from an Anomalite Lattice, shards, Traces and copper, so a Lance can close your first rift and pay the Rift Residue your first Quantum Foundry needs. The Foundry makes two at a time.
